Trunk or Treat Fall Fest:
We need YOU to help make Trunk or Treat Fall Fest a success! We are looking for volunteers to decorate trunks, welcome and feed our guest, help with inflatables, and assist with setup and cleanup.
Trunk or Treat: We are looking for 20-30 decorated trunks! Please provide your planned theme when signing up. Themes should be fall-themed, fun, and kid friendly. Please avoid anything scary, spooky, or gory themed. Themes will be reviewed to avoid duplicates, If your theme has already been chosen, we'll contact you to select another.
Welcome Booth - 2 Volunteers: Welcome our guests and help families fill out information cards to be entered into our raffle for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place gift.
Kitchen Team-3 Volunteers: Help with food, preparation, serving and keeping the kitchen area organized during Festival.
Inflatables - 4 Volunteers: 2 volunteers for 1 hour shift 5-6pm & 2 volunteers for 1 hour shift 7-8pm: Help monitor the inflatables and make sure our kids are having fun safely.
Setup Team | 4-6PM: Help us get everything ready and prepared for Festivities
Cleanup Team | 8-9 PM: Many hands make light work! Help us clean up and put everything away after Festivities.
